Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure fairness for both clients and our business, we have the following policies in place:

Rescheduling with Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide less than 48 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged and the client will not be able to book another hair appointment until the cancellation fee is paid.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show up, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost will be owed before the client can schedule another appointment.
To avoid these fees, cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Or, even better, with more than 48 hours notice. The sooner the better. Anything less than 48 hours will result in early fees for your next appointment.
